Shotcrete Accelerate   SAA -7S01

Description:

SAA -7S01 is quick setting agent that ensures immediate adherance of shotcrete to wet or dripping walls.The excellent adhesion properties of gunite incorporating SAA -7S01 reduces the rebound during spraying.

SAA -7S is compatible with all types of cements.

Uses:

-         Lining of tunnels and galleries

-         Consolidation of rock

-         Sealing of structures permeable to water shafts or canals

Dosage:

As cements have different setting times, the required dosage of SAA -7S01should be determined at site.The recommended dosage is 2-4 % of cement weight.

Application:

SAA -7S01 is added to the dry cement –sand mixture. To avoid early chemical reaction with damp cement-sand mixture SAA -7S01 should be added to the mix after its placing in the spraying machine.
