Description:

ASCOM-F7 is a high range water reducing additive  based on modified melamine sulphonate ASCOM-F7 is used as an accelerating agent and its first day compressive strength is over 180 kg/cm²

ASCOM-F7 is a chloride free admixture and complies with ASTM C-494 Type E

Uses:

-         Prefabricated concrete members

-         Concreting on slop surfaces

-         Quick repair works

-         Concreting in low temperature

Advantages:

-         Increasing slump in constant W/C up to 300%

-         Shortening mould time

-         High initial and ultimate strength

-         Reducing the risk of stress cracks

Dosage:

The normal dosage is 0.5 To 1% of cement weight.

ASCOM-F7 is compatible to all types of portland cement.

Application:

First reduce water consumption up to 12% then add ASCOM-F7to it and mix it for 3 minutes.

For long transport it is better to add ASCOM-F7 at site and mix it for further 2 minutes for each  cubic meter of concrete.
