Description:

SCO - 7 is a high range water reducing  additive based on melamine sulphonate. It is produced in both liquid and power.

SCO - 7 is chloride free and complies with ASTM C-494 type F.   

Uses:  

In all types of concreting as below:  

-         Slabs and foundation

-         Walls, columns and textured surface finishes

-         Pre-cast concrete elements

-         Bridges and cantilever structures

 Advantages:   

-         Can reduce water consumption up to 20 % for a desired slump

-         With a constant W/C ratio the slump can increase up to 300 %

-         Increases strengths up to 30%

Dosage:

  Liquid:   0.6 to 1.3 % of cement weight

  Powder: 0.3 to 0.6 % of cement weight

 SCO - 7 is compatible to all types of Portland cement.

Application:

-         Reduce 12% or more of mixing water according to the required slump

-         Add to mixing water or to ready mixed concrete with further mixing of about 2 minutes for each cubic meter of concrete.
