Superplasticizer       SCO - 4

Description:

A highly effective liquid for producing free flowing concrete or as a substantial water reducing agent for promoting high early and ultimate strength. SCO - 4 has the best compatibility with MICRO SILICONE MX. 

SCO - 4 is chloride free and complies with ASTM C- 494 Type G

Uses:

SCO - 4 is used to produce a free flowing concrete for:         

-         Slabs and foundation, walls, columns,piers and textured surface finishes

-         Pre-cast concrete elements

-         Pre-stressed concrete

-         Bridges and cantilever structures

Advantages:

SCO - 4 provides the following properties:

-         Improves workability, increaseplacing ability in slender components with packed  reinforcement

-         Decreases the time of vibration

-         Reduces the risk of segregation in transit

-         Up to 12% water reduction

-          Improvement of approx. 30% in ultimate strength.

Dosage:

1 % to 3 % of cement weight. SCO - 4 is compatible to all types of Portland cement except type 5.

Application:

SCO - 4 can be added both at first to the mixing water or at the end to the concrete with further mixing of about 2 minutes per each cubic meter of  concrete.
