Description:           

AA -EMC is a two component solvent free and thixotropic mortar with good chemical resistance characteristic against acids, bases and solvents.

Uses:     

AA -EMC is recommended for:    

-         Fixing anti-acid tiles in laboratories

-         Anti-acid floorings

-         Reservoirs coating

-         Electrolyze van coating Anti-acid joint filler

Advantages:

-         High concentrated acids and bases

-         Solvent & mineral oil resistance

-         High mechanical and thermal strengths and abrasion resistance

Surface Preparation:

The surface must be free from dust,oil and loosely adhering particles.

Application:

As the pot life is about one hour, the amount of each dosage must be selected carefully.

Mixing Ratio:

      -     Resin:       85 unit (by mass)

      -     Hardener: 15 unit (by mass)

Hint:

To reduce the costs, special fillers can be added to the above mixture. Recommended amount of filler is, 100 unit (by mass)
